Spreads and dips

This is the easiest spread to make and it is super healthy and delicious to boot!

Ingredients:

1 cup good quality miso

1/2 cup black tahini

1/2 cup olive oil

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend. Store in the fridge in a glass jar. Enjoy!
